If you already have the layout done, most software will export to a gerber. The only ones that I'm aware of that won't are the ones that are tied to one PCB manufacturer, such as expressPCB, but then you can just get it made with them directly, and there's no need to export to gerber. I would suggest googling for "[whatever layout program you used] export gerber" and I'm sure you'll find some simple instructions.
