If your question is about converting gerber files to g-code, then several of my friends use this: http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/pcb2gcode It works very well. Among other great features, it can emit paths for Voronoi regions, which are electrically equivalent to the original regions, but they take less time to mill. http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/pcb2gcode/index.php?title=Voronoi_region Minor complication: It's Unix only.
