Homebrew PCBs

i have fr4 1.6mm 100x160 35micron copper to both sides
 
also packs of small pieces ( 10)  single OR double sided
 
FR2 single sided in a variety of panel sizes

I will be looking for FR4??or lighter copper clad board for SMD stuff ... 

I don't know how thin copper can be put on fiberglass, but I will be looking for something that would be fairly easy to etch to hold stuff like pic32mx 100pin ic's ...
