Homebrew PCBs

Whoops - my error. The knife does, indeed, rotate in the holder so 
that cutter compensation can/might take place Also, I reviewed some 
of my prior "cuts" that didn't fully penetrate the copper, and they 
are symmetrical. Have to  look at this again.
