Thanks to all with suggestions.

I was thinking along the same lines. I did the obvious and checked it
out on their Support site. It sounds like it is a software mish-mash and
they have a procedure to get things going again. Sorry about the false
alarm! I like the little printer a lot but I am guilty (like most users)
of not reading the documentation before I have a problem!

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
