http://www.dickblick.com/products/pebeo-porcelaine-150/ (45mL is about US 5.00) has a transparent green which can be applied with a sponge/foam applicator and oven fired at 300 F - of course you will need to apply over your masked areas, which should be oven proof. I haven't used it but have heard it looks and works fine.
