I use the Proxxon FBS rotary tool (You can also get the IB/E which is even better) in the MB 140/S Stand, after watching this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JyTf1tJXXo Tool goes to 20,000 RPM so I think it's better for PCBs than the TBM drill press. Also, with a router bit I can cut my PCB stock with it too. Broken only one bit so far, because I accidentally moved the board while drilling. --- In Homebrew_PCBs@yahoogroups.com, "Howard" <howard_g7lqy@...> wrote: > > Hi All > Am having some probs with my drill\stand setup. > > The stand is the type with a single slide piller, > it is meant for a 240v work drill (i use a dremel drill ) > sometimes the stand will move from side to side and > snap the drill bit !!. > > Can anyone suggest a good drill\stand combination, that > will not give me these problems ? > > I think that some of you use Proxxon products > any pros\cons ? > > Look forward for any comments > > Howard >
