Homebrew PCBs

Hi All
Am having some probs with my drill\stand setup.

The stand is the type with a single slide piller,
it is meant for a 240v work drill (i use a dremel drill )
sometimes the stand will move from side to side and 
snap the drill bit !!.

Can anyone suggest a good drill\stand combination, that
will not give me these problems ?

I think that some of you use Proxxon products 
any pros\cons ?
