Homebrew PCBs

Hello all, the green film from Pulsar - what is the best temperature to run it thru laminator?  I ran thru at 370ºF and that "seemed" like it "might" be a tad hot.  It sorta "smeared" on a couple of close traces and I had to use a probe to clean before etching.

Only 1 time thru?
