I've used a bubble stone, only to have the ferric chloride eat it. Not
sure that the CuCl etchant wouldn't do the same.  What etchant are you
using and does it have this problem?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
