Mark, I had better luck with the photosensitive process than the toner transfer process. I tried all kinds of paper from magazine paper, HP Presentation paper, to photo paper, without much luck. What is the size of your traces? I could get 15mil with photoetching, which I could not with toner transfer process. I want to try the cnc approach some time. What machine did you use?
