FWIW

I use an Epson Acculaser C8600   and the black is very very black

far better than any other printer I have used..

results are perfect for optical or toner transfer..

expensive to buy, even used though...

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
