1. Yes, that's the one.
2. I wouldn't say "much better" but almost, or 'as' well, if the toner is heavy enough.  And, once it has transferred the tracks  don't seem to 'wash off' as easily as the Pulsar.
3. Also, if the toner is heavy enough, at least for me, it comes off in one piece (to flimsy to reuse) and leaves minimal residue.  It does leave some residue, which the Pulsar does not, but it doesn't seem to be enough to interfere with etching.

and 4.  Best of all, it doesn't seem to stretch as much as the Pulsar so automated drilling can be used.
