Mike, did you by chance use a Xerox Phaser color printer? Some of them use wax rather than toner. I don't really know, certainly not from personal experience, but what you've described sounds like what I would expect the wax from a Phaser to do.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
