I find that the Dremel and dremel drill press stand acessory works wonderful and is probably the best setup short of a cnc machine. If you look at my youtube channel you will se a video that I recently posted a video showing very closeup drilling a PCB. I was using a #79 carbide drill in the video, thats about as small as I go but ocasionally I use a #80, Most general PCB drilling I use a #60 carbide drill.
