While they look similar I can almost guarantee the grizzly model is made to closer tolerances. It's also cheaper so I'd recommend the Grizzly. You might want to try looking for a used one first. Grizzly in my experience has been much easier to work with and to get replacement parts for than HF. -- Erik L.
