Hi John, I recall the JFax, and AEA's fax. Milling PCB's is quite a challenge, and even more interesting! I didn't quite get the "scratch and etch". This is for isolation, like milling? Just enough to remove resist? What about a burnishing bit, perhaps abrasive, to scrub off resist? It would have to be quite small dia. Just mill through the resist.
