Thanks everyone .. 
The problem is that its a government computer.
And there are many restrictions .. 
one of which, currently is no USB drives.. 
the other is in order to have a piece of software
installed / used it has to have a CTO or Certificate to Operate .
So my only option is to run it via ( no pun intended ) a website ..
Thought maybe PCB manufacturing sites might offer it.. 
as a way to get you to have them manufacture the boards.
Not found any like that ..

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
