Thanks everyone .. The problem is that its a government computer. And there are many restrictions .. one of which, currently is no USB drives.. the other is in order to have a piece of software installed / used it has to have a CTO or Certificate to Operate . So my only option is to run it via ( no pun intended ) a website .. Thought maybe PCB manufacturing sites might offer it.. as a way to get you to have them manufacture the boards.
