Yep, Randy - allowing the ink to dry really good,then covering with a second (or 3rd) coat does help. I've never baked, but have allowed to dry long enough to allow recoating and it does help. Isn't this stuff FUN!!! BTW, what's the HV board for? I've just finished a prototype HV board for a 3200 VDC supply for a GS31B with 10 caps and bridge diode setup.
