Small drills for Machining or Jewellery use are sometimes sharpened with what they call a Wish Bone Sharpener. This is a low tech device with wheels that rubs along a grindstone, diamond plate, or sheet of fine sandpaper. WHile low tech it does work well on drills - I've used it on a couple of carbide drills. There was an article online at the address below or I can send info if anyone wishes it including photos & instructions from a commercial unit like shown in the beginning of the article. I actually have the complete article saved as a file too that I can link to in someone wants it. http://cnczone.com/forums/toolgrinding_toolgrinding_machines/693-sharpening_small_bits.html Regards, Brian.
