FreePCB has not implemented the print function. You need to generate the CAM files (Gerbers) and view them with a free viewer such as GC-Prevue from Graphicode. There are others, but GC-Prevue is the one I use. It is quite capable of printing any layer or layers normal or reversed, at scale or filling the page. . The other technique I use is to fill the screen with the board being designed, do a "Screen Print" to the clipboard, then paste into my free graphic viewer of choice, Irfanview. Go to "edit" and invert the colors so that the background goes to white -- saves on toner or ink as the case may be. This method is nice when I start troubleshooting the board as it's in color and I can easily trace a signal as I see the front and back simultaneously without confusion. Either of these methods takes less than a minute. Regards, Charles R.
