I'm wondering if some of the toner removal problems might not be from too much heat. When I was doing direct laser printing - laser printing directly on copper-clad, I was "cooking" it in a toaster over to fuse the toner to the board. If it got too hot it was extremely difficult to remove the toner from the board after etching using acetone, but if it was cooked less, it was quite easy. Mark
