Hi, I'm the poster of that project, and there are a few caveats you should know. It seems that I can make fairly small boards (2x2 inches) very well, but larger ones are more variable in result. I have been trying other printers, like the LJ 2200 that someone mentioned, but I cannot get reliable results. The 2200 will allow a very straight path with very simple modification, but I cannot get the printing to be consistent. I will continue to work on this project in my spare time and would very much welcome any input or comments, but there is still a lot of work to be done.
