Hi TDA, I also have a Lexmark (E210), and a GBC laminator (http://www.presentationsdirect.com/gbc-heatseal-9-creative-pouch-laminator.html) and it's working very well. I have posted some pictures of the results there: http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?t=126368&page=2 (Seach for jmspaggi). Have you cleaned your board correctly? I'm using Vim (Cif) for that. I clean it at least 3 times, then some acetone. Also, your board need to be thick enought. I tryied with thin boards, and I had to add another board below to be sure there is enought pressure on the laminator.
