The Pulsar site states that .062 will work but requires a push on the board as it goes in and pull as it comes out, otherwise the motor will not move the board very easily. Without beveling sometimes a tad extra push is required to start the PCB into rollers, and they will "pop" a bit as the board exits the rollers, but doesn't seem to hurt anything.
