I have the H-65 laminator and it handles .062" PCB material ok - by beveling the edges of PCB material it works just fine. Without beveling sometimes a tad extra push is required to start the PCB into rollers, and they will "pop" a bit as the board exits the rollers, but doesn't seem to hurt anything. I normally use .032", but do use .062" anything I need extra thick board, or if that's all I have. Ken H>
