Unless anyone has any questions, this should be my final DLP update. I will be making additions and corrections to the pdf in the files section and adding a few jpegs to the pbase site <http://www.pbase.com/mark10970>. With regard to double sided boards, the printer is not structurally robust enough to do them "blind" - they are as much as 15 mil out of registration. It is possible to make ds boards by drilling registration holes, then printing the image to match these holes, wiping the board between runs till you get a perfect registration, but it may not be worth the effort. If I were regularly doing ds boards I would make two boards and either use epoxy or solder paste (as detailed previously) to make the board. Or, I would make a flat bed printer. That limitation aside, for me DLP is the way to go for the hobbiest or for prototyping. It is very fast, you can erase mistakes with the wipe of a paper towel, and it works every time. If anyone wants a programmed mcu board, contact me off list - they should be available later this week at a cost to be determined, but no more than $5.00 USD. Mark
