Homebrew PCBs

Hello All
 
I am looking for the thru hole plating specially Electroless Nickle method. [without Palladium] 
 
I bought Nickle Sulfate, Nickle Chloride, Hypo Phosphite, Sodiam Citrate. Got access to many others, but readily available nothing is available here. Must mix them after getting RAW Chemicals. [Not possible to get Palladium Chemicals.]
 
Any of the members know how to formulate and method for properly doing the procedure.
 
Any help will be appriciated in this reagrd. I also need to TIN Plate the PCBS. help needed.
