Homebrew PCBs

I thought I would try the Staples photo basic paper today.    Staples
must be using a different supplier, it doesn't work at all any more.   
I got a good image but I just could not get the paper off.  I looks like
there is a plastic layer just under the surface on both sides.   With
some work I was able to pull the first plastic layer off.   The the
water and some scrubbing worked to remove the rest of the paper down to
the second plastic layer.    The second plastic layer just would not
come off, it was sort of bonded to the Cu.    In one sense it was great
you could see a nice clear image of the toner.

This stuff was really, really  stuck to the board!!  I tried acetone,
MEK and  methylene chloride based paint stripper without sucess.  I
finally had to sand off the plastic layer and toner.

I guess I will go back to the magazene paper sheets.
