If you wander round their, other sections, capacitors (1609), resistors (900), semiconductors (3682) and many other and can make your order 45 quid, p&p is free. http://www.cricklewoodelectronics.com are also very good especially for older semiconductors. http://www.megauk.com will also supply just about anything you need for making PCBs.
