Homebrew PCBs

That's good to hear. It at least gives you time to think about and plan if you do go for a circuit type controller.
I use semi-gloss photo paper myself it cleans off a lot easier than gloss paper.

I use ferric chloride as my etchant which works fine for me. I also made a bubble etch tank to help speed things
along.
