I don't think it's up to it...

I use an old fashioned wooden guillotine with a 1/4" thick carbon steel blade..

I managed to get it second hand as it doesn't comply with health and safety regulations..

it works a treat ..  I swapped it for one of the newer type and haven't looked back..

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
