Dear All,
I have a small query.
I have successfuly modified an EPSON R310 Printer for Printing onto PCBs.
It Prints really beautifully.
I m using EPSON Durabrite INKs which are famous for its water-proof printing
quality.
*Now my problem is, it does not last until the complete PCB is etched.*
*Its resists for some time, I can say for about 5-10 mins and then gets
washed off. *
The Procedure I follow is:
1. Clean PCB with Acetone
2. Strach it with a sand Paper.
3. Print it in Printer.
4. Heat it up with Iron.
5. Put it for etching.
I m using ferric chloride for etching PCBs.
Also I make sure I put PCB for etching only when INKs are completely dry on
PCB.
Please help
