Please would you suggest how-to cut PCB (phenolic or FR4) in circles of 19mm ? What first came to my mind, wah doing it with a small vise with circular movement working as a compass. Do you think that there is any better method ? If you don't mind a hole in the middle, a tank cutter should work.
