It doesn't surprise me that the concept of "lossless compression" does
not seem to mean anything to the government.
After all, they never do the same work for less money so how can you
possibly store the same data in less space... ;-)

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
