Thanks, Markus. The Xerox rollers must have been about 80 mm diameter, and should work even better. I suppose something like that is used in the laminators used by PCB manufacturers. Now I think of it, Xerox used two rollers - the heated one was coated in Teflon and was hard, and the lower roller was soft. A film of silicone oil was applied to the heated roller. Leon
