Go on eBay there is a guy selling FR4 cheap and he will cut it for you! ----- Original Message ---- From: Henry Liu <henryjliu@...> To: homebrew_pcbs <homebrew_pcbs@yahoogroups.com> Sent: Thursday, October 16, 2008 4:37:17 PM Subject: [Homebrew_PCBs] cutting homebrew pcbs and source of cheap blanks? Can someone suggest a source of cheap pcb blanks? Also, how do you cut your pcbs from a bigger piece? I can mill the outline out but it is not an easy process because I usually hold it in a vice. If I send a 1/32 end mill through it then it starts to flop around in the middle and I don't get a clean cut unless I think of a better clamping method. Maybe a vertical band saw would work best but I'm wondering what you guys use out there. A small chop saw seems like it would work too. Thanks.
