Herbert, On a non absorbent surface, like a CD or pcb, the ink is still wet. Epson even has a caution statement about letting the ink dry for a few hours. The toner sticks well enough after drying that using a 30 psi air hose (measured by Richard) only blows off the loose toner. I use a Dust Off canned air spray..
