I personally use a Dremel tool with a cutoff wheel. Takes some
practice on cutting with the cutoff wheel without shattering it but
once you get used to it I thing it is the cleanest and easiest.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
