Thats a pretty standard design. For the beginner, klook the PICAXE chip. A PIC micro that is programmed in BASIC, needs only a couple resistors to program, the software is a free download, and it's cheap. http://www.rev-ed.co.uk/picaxe/ Rather play play around with the 7 segments LED displays and the drivers and the wiring,, just get one of the low cost LCD's. Brain at Wulfden has some nicLCDs along with a serial interface. I've used a few of them. http://wulfden.org/k107/order.shtml Myc On Mon, Jun 9, 2008 at 1:36 PM, JB <123@...> wrote: > Hi Leon and group > Here a link to a small component count PIC count-down timer. > (100 minutes) and only need that relay to add. > Page is in spanish but explanations in english are at the bottom > links > > http://www.pablin.com.ar/electron/circuito/mc/timer/ > > Just my 2 cents. > > Will look forward to your desing. > > Jose > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Leon" <leon355@... <leon355%40btinternet.com>> > To: <Homebrew_PCBs@yahoogroups.com <Homebrew_PCBs%40yahoogroups.com>> > Sent: Monday, June 09, 2008 3:19 PM > Subject: Re: [Homebrew_PCBs] Re: HELP: UV Light box > > > ----- Original Message ----- > > From: "Howard" <hj.payne@... <hj.payne%40ntlworld.com>> > > To: <Homebrew_PCBs@yahoogroups.com <Homebrew_PCBs%40yahoogroups.com>> > > Sent: Monday, June 09, 2008 1:19 PM > > Subject: [Homebrew_PCBs] Re: HELP: UV Light box > > > > > >> --- In Homebrew_PCBs@yahoogroups.com <Homebrew_PCBs%40yahoogroups.com>, > "Leon Heller" <leon355@...> > >> wrote: > >>> > >>> I'm in the process of making the display PCB for my prototype.
