Homebrew PCBs

Hello,

I am looking for someone who can help me build some some very simple PC 
boards.  These boards would be used to install lighting in N scale model 
trains. The boards would only have to accommodate a surface mount 
resistor and two 2mm x 3mm LED's. Total size of the board is about 3/8" 
x 3/8 " (approx).  Inputs to the board are a common for the cathode side 
if LED's with the resistor (need to drop from 14dvc to 3.6vdc) and two 
individual feeds for the anode side of the LED's to connect the 30 gauge 
wire feeds. I am hoping to find someone who can give me some simple and 
direct input on 1) materials for me to quickly and simply construct 
these boards one at a time as needed or,  2) is willing to construct the 
boards ( I will mount the components) for me at a nominal fee in small 
lot sizes on a periodic basis.  Thank you.
