Homebrew PCBs

I used a plug in for Autocad years ago. It allowed for Ladder Logic drawing, created nets, wire lists, the whole works. If I remember it was around $1000, but like many packages I'm sure it has dropped quite a bit. So many of the low cost programs out there are electronically oriented, and often times completely omit the electrical side. 

  Depedning on the difficulty of your circuit, it may be just as easy to hand draw the ladder logic, and manually create a net list such that you can bring it into any one of the low cost pcb programs.
