Hey guys, I found this company through YouTube, actually, and they offer pre-sensitized steel plates for making customized stencils. They have a tutorial on their website, plus several photographs of the results. I think it looks promising, and it sure beats the $50/piece I currently pay for single plastic stencils now. It might be a little more expensive than the method proposed in this thread, but it's certainly within reach of anyone equipped to make boards via the UV exposure method.
