0.1" is HUGE! ;-)

So yeah, go try it.  8 mil is easy with TT.  Here's more inspiration:

The biggest part on that is 0805; the traces are all 8 mil.  The
smallest parts are a 0.4mm pitch TVSOP and a 01005 cap (that's 0.010"
by 0.005").

A buck regulator.  The smallest parts are 0603.
