It seems to me that eagle has a good package but they are being 
overtaken by other, easier to learn tools. Eagle is trying to defend 
their turf.

I personally like KiCAD and DipTrace. KiCAD is 100% free and has been 
gaining momentum.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
