I never use whole sheets of TT paper.

I print out the design on plain paper, cut out a TT swatch a little
bigger than the board, tape it to the pre-printed plain paper, and run
it through the printer again.

One TT sheet can make many boards that way.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
