I use DipTrace. I really like it a lot for both schematic capture and routing. A couple of things took a little getting used to or searching to find but overall it's pretty straight forward and all of the packages work very well. It's really an excellent product. I really like hoe well the copper pours work. I hand place the components and then run the Auto-Router. If I don't like it, I rip it all up, change the settings, and run it again. When I like what I see, I then rip up the few traces I don't like, hand push the others, and then route by hand the few remaining traces.
