iron to transfer laser toner

I am presently using an HP Laserjet 1200, the problem that I am seeing
is that since the board is bigger than the small iron I am using, the
board appears not to get the heat evenly and after the TT I find that
there are some areas that have not been transferred correctly. I have
done smaller boards which have worked out OK, however with bigger
boards the issue shows up. This is why I am trying to understand if
the iron press is a better way to go.

Not sure yet but it seems that I will be getting one since the way has
warmed upt to the idea of getting one.

I will let you all know how it comes out.

Thanks
