Thanks for your relpy. Your correct, I don't know why I typed HCl _ 
NaOH = NaCl + H2O2,  H2O2 is Hydrogen Peroxide. So the thinking is 
that the Blue sludge is CuCl, and the clear liquid at the top is salt 
water?
