I use sodium metasilicate with off-the-shelf positive resist boards. An 
80 cent packet lasts about a year. Have NaOH in abundance but use it 
only for stripping the remaining resist after etching.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
